Inspired by Frida Kahlo’s illustrated diary and the visual journals of Janice Lowry, author and editor Margo Hammond will help you create the first page of your own visual memoir, by combining the art of the collage so beloved by the Surrealists with the power of the written word. All supplies — paper, glue, collage images and pen — will be provided. No prior artistic training needed. Just bring a quote that best reflects your philosophy of life.
