LEGO Serious Play Course: Nov 2-4, 2015
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative, experiential process designed to enhance business performance. In this unique 3-day certification course at The Dali Museum, participants will learn to leverage the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology to help teams communicate more effectively, to engage their imaginations more readily, and to approach their work with increased confidence, commitment and insight.

Day 1: Foundations
Learn the basics. This training day introduces you to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. You will learn how to use the tools including: flow theory, the use of ground rules to set the playing field, etiquette, and traps to avoid along with numerous applications for different situations to prep the hand-brain connection. Background theory is provided with hands-on learning.
Day 2: Team Workshop
The second module moves participants through processes where individual and team identity is explored and insight is gained into how the tools can be customized for a wide variety of customized workshops and processes with groups. You will leave ready to offer your own group process within your workplace/organizational setting.
Day 3: Systems Thinking
The final module of this training will explore strategic and systems thinking for organizations and communities, and delve into the ways in which LSP can be utilized to survey the elements and ingredients of strategic and competitive landscapes.
You will leave with:
- Trainer’s manual with instructions and ideas for sample workshops.

- Prepared PowerPoint presentations to ensure your first workshops are success.
